Seattle Area Breast Rescue 92
- Breast Rescue (Revision)
In 1998 this 46 year-old Seattle area breast rescue patient received saline implants. Over time she began to notice subtle changes in her right breast, notably the shape and firmness of the breast as well as an elevated positioning of the implant. It was discovered that the patient was suffering from capsular contracture and her saline implants would need to be removed. The patient chose to replace her old saline implants with Sientra New Generation, Highly Cohesive Gel Implants. Her surgery consisted of a bilateral implant removal, a bilateral capsulectomy and finally a re-augmentation with Sientra textured round gel implants, 385 cc. The implants were surgically placed through the inframammary fold, under the muscle. Patient is very pleased with her results.
