Procedures Performed
  • Breast Rescue (Revision)

Several years ago this 32-year old Seattle Breast Rescue patient underwent a saline breast augmentation procedure.  After significant weight loss she is now experiencing overly large, droopy breasts as well as significantly thinned tissues.

She came to see Dr. Stridde in the hopes that he could exchange her large saline implants with smaller and more natural appearing implants that would be more proportional to her body.

Dr. Stridde recommended exchanging the implants with Sientra New Generation, Highly Cohesive, Textured Round Gel Implants.  Because she was downsizing her implant size Dr. Stridde would first need to shrink the implant pocket so the new textured gel implant would fit securely and tightly. Once he achieved the desired implant pocket size he could then surgically insert the new implant.

Her surgery consisted of first deflating and removing the old saline implant, thermally tightening the implant pocket via the “Popcorn Technique” and finally surgically inserting the Sientra 440 cc Textured Round Gel Implants under the muscle through the inframammary fold.
