Procedures Performed
  • Breast Rescue (Revision)

This is a 49-year old woman who came to see us with concerns regarding her previous breast augmentation. 19 years ago she underwent breast augmentation surgery in which 400 cc saline implants were surgically implanted in the sub-muscular position. She feels as though the implants sit too high on her chest wall and are also too large for her frame. She would like smaller implants that have a more natural breast shape as well as a softer feel. The procedure consisted of the removal of the existing saline implants, in which patient was experiencing a grade 2 capsule contracture, lowering of the implant pocket and replacing the saline implants with a Sientra smooth round gel implants, 355cc. Patient is very pleased with her results.

Age: 49
