Seattle Breast implant Revision 42
- Breast Rescue (Revision)
This is a 44 year old female Seattle Breast Rescue patient who came to see us as she was very dissatisfied with her previous breast augmentation procedure. Two years ago she had undergone breast augmentation with saline implants via transaxillary incision. She stated that her saline implants have always been too high and she was disappointed with her breast shape as well as the size of the implants. Most recently she had begun to experience a gradual descent of the breast tissue on the inferior pole of the implant. Her surgical procedure consisted of the removal of the original saline implants and the release of the capsulvia with an incision in the inframammary fold. A smooth, round moderate plus profile saline implant was placed underneath the muscle. The patient was then checked for symmetry with final fill volumes of 650cc on the right and 670cc on the left. Patient is delighted with the outcome of her new breast implants. In particular, the size, shape and placement as well as the minimal, almost invisible, scarring are much more pleasing.
