Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This is a 39 year old woman from south of Seattle who was interested in a breast augmentation.  She wanted to enhance her breast shape and achieve a more balanced figure. This patient opted for silicone gel implants.  Mentor Memory Gel 450cc high profile implants were inserted through the inframmamory fold and placed submuscular at Puget Sound Plastic Surgery.  This patient was a 34B preoperatively and a 34DD Postoperatively. She is pleased with her results and she achieved her desired cup size.
