Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This patient is a 20 year old woman from Kitsap County, WA. She comes to see us for a breast augmentation. She feels that her breasts are very small and barely fills her A cup bra. The patient was somewhat undecided about what cup size she wanted to be after surgery.

To help her decide on implant size a "try-on" was done during her consultation using a surgical bra and different sized implants. The patient was able to evaluate the relative size and with our help picked a 390cc smooth round saline implant with moderate projection.

The patient had her surgery at our Federal Way surgery center. Her implant was placed underneath the muscle through an inframammory incision in the bottom fold of the breast. The patient recovered without complications and is thrilled to be a full 34C.
