Words can never even begin to thank you for the breast reduction. I knew it would
help my back pain, and did it ever! A simple thank you doesn't even begin to

Doctor, your surgical talents are amazing as I have been more appreciative of
each day, I feel very positive about myself — something that you cannot
put a dollar amount on. You are wonderful at what you do, and have done an excellent
job at making me feel comfortable and informed. Thank you for all of your help
and kindness, and holding my hand. You are truly special. I just wanted to say
thank you for listening, and taking in consideration my thoughts too, and not
making me feel like I was obsessing — or that nothing was there — as
some others have. It turned out great!

When I first sat in your waiting room flipping through your book of letters,
I noticed that they were all enthusiastic “after” letters from people
who were fully healed and pleased with their results. I thought you'd like to
add this letter so prospective patients can get a glimpse of the “during” phase
of the process.
It's now one week since you performed a full face laser resurfacing
and upper and lower eyelid surgery on my 50-year-old male face. The first
week of healing was far more difficult than I imagined, but I now can
see that the results are going to be very satisfying. I look forward
to writing you an “after” letter, too. But right now, I want
to focus on the customer service aspect of what you do. Because I write
books on customer service that have been published around the world,
my perspective is somewhat “expert.”
I have felt looked after and cared for by you and your staff this whole
week. From receptionist to nurse to doctor, you have all been accessible
and unfailingly helpful. I've called with repeated questions, to which
the always-patient answer usually was, “Are you following your
post operative instructions?” Of course I usually wasn't, and had
only myself to blame for my discomfort. Yet, I never felt lectured to
or frowned upon. I have also felt that you have given me unvarnished
truth at every turn. You told me recovery would be a tough process. You
don't try to fool me with glowing reports about how wonderfully I'm doing.
You shoot straight, and that's crucial to me.
One of your passing comments during my first follow up visit was particularly
impactful for me. We discussed another one of your patients who is having
a particularly difficult face lift procedure because she had failed to
disclose some of the medication she was taking in advance of the surgery,
and it caused complications that you could not have anticipated. Of course
you went right to work to repair the problem, caused by her negligence.
When I asked about her current recovery, you said that despite the difficulties,
she looks like a regular patient of any other doctor, and that this is
not what you seek. You want your patients to always do much better than
the patients of an “average doctor”, and I think that attitude
shows in every area of your work. My initial consultation with you was
leisurely and thorough. The surgery itself took significantly longer
than a comparable procedure performed by another doctor, because you
go above and beyond what's necessary.
In summary, I'd say to a prospective patient that dealing
with Dr. Stridde and his staff will be like dealing with an outstanding
customer service organization. You will feel concerned for and taken care
of. This team is not just professional, they are unfailingly friendly,
supportive, and helpful.
